All My Family And Friends Have Noticed The Change
I have always been on the bigger side of the scales. With that came low self-esteem and body image for which I have struggled with for as long as I can remember.
I have tried different weight loss programs and even the gym over the years but I always seem to let it go after awhile. The only constant activity has always been my different sporting codes. When I found out I'd be playing and umpiring a higher grade of hockey this year I decided enough is enough.
I ran into Danielle at a mutual friends place and she looked amazing. She told me about Beachside and said she would let me know when the next challenge was coming up. So when it came about, I grabbed my Dad and joined as soon as I could. And I Loved it! All the different training programs, the support and the Beachside Family, there is nothing like it. So it was a no brainer to stay on and continue being a member of this incredible group of people.
I have made so many new friends, and all my family and friends have noticed the change in both my mindset and appearance. I am now more confident in myself and am able to push myself harder than I ever thought possible. I can't thank Kieran and his team at Beachside enough for how they have changed my life and would definitely recommend this wonderful family to anyone that asks.
