I Have Lost The Weight Holding Me Back

A lack of exercise and sedentary lifestyle had me feeling lethargic and my work performance dropping. I had lost all fitness, weight had crept on with my age so I was overweight and under achieving.

I loved having Kieran as my Personal Trainer. He always listened to what I wanted and also gave me what I needed. It was great having someone to push me, keep me doing something different, and great knowing I’d have an excellent workout every session.

I have lost the weight holding me back, have energy the entire day at work and when I get home, my stamina and fitness have improved considerably, I feel better within myself and my confidence has picked up again. I feel I’m doing a great bit for my health.

I Am Now Down 2 Short Sizes

I needed to gain control of my weight, so I didn’t look like half of my mates with their beer guts. I also needed to keep fit as I’m not doing as much physical work as I used to. I hadn’t run more than 2 km since I was in primary school over 18 years ago.

I am so much stronger and have lost heaps off my waist, I am now down 2 short sizes! Having a Personal Trainer has also helped me realise what’s important in life and helped me stay fit for those things like running around with my 4 year old daughter and being able to paddle better and enjoy surfing more.

I now realise that I can do things if I put my mind to it. I never thought I’d be able to run around the block let alone conquer the 10 Kilometre Bridge to Brisbane Fun Run. The continuous training helps keeps the aches and pains away that I used to have and I feel so much fitter now. I say just do it.

I Wasn’t So Self Conscious Anymore

I got a Personal Trainer to help me establish a fitness routine to maintain my health and fitness but also introduce some variety. My Personal Training helped me relax and not worry so much about what other people might be thinking. I wasn’t so self conscious anymore about what I was doing and I wasn’t afraid to ask questions.

My program was designed for me with my limitations, something which other Personal Trainers have looked over before, and had me moving towards my goals quicker and safer in an interesting and enjoyable way. I am now stronger and fitter, my body recovers faster and I don’t feel like sleeping in the afternoons anymore.

My Kids Are Worn Out and I Can Keep Going!

Before I started Personal Training with Kieran I felt yuk and fat. I was overweight and didn’t have the energy to keep up with my three young kids. I wasn’t happy with how my body looked and felt and decided to do something about it.

I love the one-on-one attention I get from Kieran and his focus on my technique and goals to make sure I am doing all the right things to get me where I want to be with out wasting time or energy on ‘fillers’ and non-sense I don’t need.

I have lost 8kgs and 16cms so far and feel great. I have so much more energy now and not only can I keep up after playtime, my kids are worn out and I can keep going!

I increased my leg, stomach and upper body strength by more than 60% and can do 50 push-ups without stopping! I feel lighter, stronger and so much better. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me!

A Guy Drove Past and Called Out “Hey Fatty”

I was sitting outside my cafe and a guy drove past and called out “Hey, fatty!” I went home and looked in the morror and thought “Shit, I am really fat”- 115kg to be EXACT. I was tired lacked energy and low self esteem. Now I am stronger, fitter, much more energy and happier. I get out more too.

It takes a change in lifestyle to loose weight and keep it off in the long term, sometimes I hate training but I always know that I’ll feel better afterwards beacuse I like being fit and healthy. My quality of life is so much better.

make sure you really want to make the change, it’s going to hurt, it’s going to frustrate you, you are going to get moody, you are going to feel sore sometimes, but trust me when you get there, you are going to feel bloody fantastic, and no one can take that away from you, because you did it!
