Warm up

Take a 5 minute walk which slowly turns into a jog to warm the muscles up. Perform 10 reps of each exercise below slowly and with a comfortable range of movement. Increase the range of movement each rep to stretch your muscles but never to the point of pain or if you feel uncomfortable.
  1. Deep slow squats
  2. Push-ups on your knees or hands on a table
  3. Reverse lunge and reach overhead

The workout

Complete 1 minute straight of exercises 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D in order. Complete that circuit 3 times resting only when needed. Rest for 2-5 minutes then complete 1 minute straight of exercises 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D in order. Complete that circuit 3 times resting only when needed. Rest for 2-5 minutes then complete 1 minute straight of exercises 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D in order. Complete that circuit 3 times resting only when needed. Take an easy walk for 5 minutes to cool down and stretch your upper and lower body.
