My Arms Are Toned Again
A knee injury had affected my mobility and fitness leading to flabby arms and my weight was increasing. I couldn’t move without discomfort and stairs were like murder. I was feeling fat, unfit and old.
Since personal Training I am so much healthier, my knee mobility has improved so much I can walk and take stairs comfortably, my weight is back down, my arms are toned again, my overall fitness is way up and I’ve even taken up walking as stress release! My endurance and strength have increased so much I can even do proper pushups!
I have enjoyed all my Personal Training sessions and have greatly benefited from Kieran’s expertise and knowledge and I recommend personal Training to anyone who wants individual focus and quick results.

Thank You For Your Support and Knowledge
I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Kieran for not only his support and knowledge but also his patience.
I rang Kieran when I had failed a medical test to become an Ambulance Officer. I had had a personal trainer and had been attending the gym there for nearly 6 months, I thought I had been working hard, so you could imagine my surprise when I failed the test.
I had an enormous amount of work to do in only a very short time, 4 weeks to be exact. Kieran had me training 6 days a week, some with him and some alone as he carefully designed an exercise plan just for me and my goals.
I considered giving up my dream of becoming an Ambulance Officer but when I met Kieran he was very supportive. He was someone I could talk to freely and felt very comfortable being around. I even began to look forward to my sessions with him.
Kieran has given me the opportunity to see what I can do when I am pushed and he pushed me often, I will be forever grateful for his hard work and for letting me believe that if I did exactly what he told me, I could live my dream.
I am more than delighted to say that I recently had my test again at the Ambulance Center in Surry Hills and passed with great ease. I am feeling so much healthier; I have cut out junk food and am still exercising 6 days a week.
Thank you forever Kieran

I Lost Over 30 Kilos In 6 Months
Before having Kieran as my Personal Trainer I was unfit, overweight at 106 kilos, I had trouble performing the basic everyday tasks. I couldn’t even tie up my own shoe laces. I’d been overweight my whole teenage life, clothes wouldn’t fit and made me feel uncomfortable and I had very low confidence in myself.
I lost over 30 kilos in 6 months. Now I feel like a million dollars. My energy levels are through the roof and I feel on top of the world. I like the challenge of anything and the comments I get now have really helped with my determination and drive.

I Was Tired All The Time
I had stopped playing competitive netball and started to feel lazy. I was tired all the time and very self conscious. I would always use the excuse of not having time and any others I could come up with. I used to say I was too busy for exercise but now I’m seeing the difference. Life fits in with exercise not the other way round. I make it a priority
I have lost weight but I’m noticing how much more toned I am, I even have mini abs!! I’m a lot more energetic and look forward to working out now and if pushed I can do anything, even if I don’t think I can.
I love the variety. I never know what we will do from boxing to playing cards. Now I feel motivated. You should just do it. Set realistic goals because change won’t happen overnight but it will happen. Be prepared to fall off the wagon but be prepared to pick yourself up again.

I Feel Good When I’m Dressed Up And Going Out
I have never been grossly overweight but have always battled the bulge commonly sitting around 5kgs over what I should. I think I have often thought this is just what weight my body wants to be because it has been fairly constantly overweight by that much. But I’ve started being honest with myself now I realize that’s was just a bit of bullshit I’d tell myself to make excuses for not trying harder and with more commitment to get and stay at the weight that I feel really good at. Just a few less kilos and toning up has given me a lot more confidence and “feel good” when I’m dressed up and going out.
Exercising has really helped me mentally as well. After morning workout I have a tired body but it gets energised better throughout the day and I’m not so prone to having negative depressing thoughts about working too much as I have done something positive for myself that’s healthy rather than trying to reward myself or get my “feel good” from eating some naughty treat (which ultimately is a short lived reward because you turn around and see it hanging of your arse the next time your checking yourself as you go out).
Often I have not attended regular sessions as work & family have intruded on my time, but this time because I wanted so much for the kids to have healthy happy lives I have made sure to keep my efforts up to encourage & support them. Hence if I can make the time for them I should be able to make it for myself even if they don’t continue, but I really really hope they do.
My mission is to maintain balance in my lifestyle, as I have way too many peaks and troughs ( & I hate the troughs) and try & keep encouraging the family to stay involved & therefore healthy.
Cheers
