I Love the Compliments and Feel Confident When I Go Out
I was unhappy with my body image…as most girls are. Each night I would say ‘Ok I am going to get up early in the morning and go for a run’…which I never did and the whole emotional rollercoaster of being motivated then unhappy was literally happening each day. I needed help getting into a good fitness routine so I would for once in my life feel confident but most of all- happy. I hated Summer and had never worn a bikini to the beach, so this was my aim!
I was a little nervous at the thought of exercising and doing things that were hard but more so excited that I had finally been proactive and was going to start something that would change my life and the results showed that my hard work had definitely paid off! I was standing on the scales up to 5 times a day to see if I had lost weight, it became a bit of an obsessive compulsive disorder that would constantly make me unhappy. Kieran helped me to overcome this and I certainly regained confidence and my happiness.
I lost 10kg and what a difference it was, my fitness levels are through the roof, always full of beans! My energy levels are always at a high and my general mood also has changed from being unhappy and sad to confident! I LOVE the compliments and feel confident when I go out on the town and feel great!
Even if you think you can’t – YOU CAN! Not only that, you can actually do more than you think you can! I can now lift weights and my general fitness has improved tenfold! ‘Just do it’ stop procrastinating and make a change in your life you won’t regret – you won’t look back.

Every Bit of Post Pregnancy Weight Melted Away
After my second pregnancy I found my body had changed a little more than I expected. I knew a lot of mums got a little out of shape after child birth and I thought I was ready for it, how wrong I was, I was feeling soft, flabby and very unhappy not to mention unsexy, you could say even a little depressed.
This time was supposed to be one of the happiest of my life, however I really was having troubles dealing with my ‘post baby image’ I wasn’t happy with the way I looked and I decided I had to have my body back
After a bit of looking around (and maybe a little procrastination) I found Kieran who had been working with a few mums that were also in my position, so I thought I would give it a go and see if it was for me with Kieran’s training, advice and ongoing support. Kieran’s exercise programs and nutrition advice was excellent. He explained not only what I had to do to shift my baby weight but also why I had to these exercises and how they actually worked better than others to get me back into shape faster. I was able to fully understand how the specific exercises he prescribed for me actually targeted and worked on my problem areas.
I got my pre pregnancy body back, (actually better than pre pregnancy truth be told) 🙂 Not only were those loose bits tightened up, every bit of post pregnancy weight melted away. Best of all I have energy to burn and feel fantastic not to mention the ability to run the house effectively whilst juggling work and 2 gorgeous girls under 2!
At the end of the day there is no way I could have achieved my results without the wonderful motivation from Kieran he encouraged me continually to better myself and achieve my goals.

I’m Blown Away At How Quickly I’ve Got My Fitness Back
I gained over 20 kg with each of my pregnancies and felt bloated, flabby, weak and sluggish, I was lacking energy and tired all the time. I wanted to get the weight off so I could feel better and wear my old clothes again.
I have learnt how to overcome pregnancy related back pain and injuries including join stiffness and pain related to uneven weight and carrying too much weight. Kieran has also taught me that I can be very determined when I really put myself in the right frame of mind.
I have lost 5 kg so far and feel a lot better already. I have dropped a size (from 16 to a very comfortable loose 14) and I’m stronger, a lot fitter, I’m more capable, confident and I have much more energy during the day. I feel alive again and healthy and ready for an active lifestyle with my young kids.
The advice Kieran gave about training, diet and nutrition is invaluable and is sometimes the only thing missing from ones path to success. It’s easy to do the exercise and think you’re eating properly but having a good understanding of it all to get the results that you want is what really helped me the most. Kieran told me a few things in my first session that I think about constantly and that I believe has helped me get to this point now and will continue to help me focus on achieving my goals.
STOP THINKING about it and START exercising today. Write down a list of reasons why you want to change your lifestyle and make a promise to yourself that you are going to commit to the change. Try to imagine yourself at where you want to be and don’t lose sight of your goal. Set yourself little short term goals and celebrate each goal achieved. You’ll never look back.

Seeing my results really increased my self confidence.
No too long ago I went through a divorce which led to being in depression which in affect brought on a change of country and with that came a loss of friends. All of this contributed to me becoming fat, unhealthy, miserable and led to me feeling ugly, worthless and stressed and having no self confidence. I didn’t know what to do.
I then came across Kieran who has helped me greatly in my goal to reshape not just my body but my mind. I asked him to help me out with a 12 week transformation program so that I could finally make the change I needed to get on with life. Within 3 months of careful, healthy eating, regular exercise and great motivation, I had lost over 30kgs and achieved my goal of being in the 70 kilo zone on the scales. I have never felt better.
This is especially great for someone such as myself who used to live with obesity. Seeing these results really increased self-confidence in all spheres of life. I have stayed training with Kieran for a while and now focus on confidence, fitness and weight management and love our boxing sessions.

Pre Kids I Was Always Pretty Active
Pre Kids I was always pretty active with exercise but then like most people, my priorities changed once I became a Dad.
I found myself in my comfy zone thinking that the little exercise I was doing was enough. I believed that I didn’t have the time to fit exercise in anymore. My wife was attending a couple of sessions a week with Kieran and she finally convinced me to attend his week day bootcamp sessions and I have never looked back. I thoroughly enjoyed each session and rarely missed one, even getting up at 5.30am in the middle of winter to train outside wasn’t an issue.
I can still remember listening to Kieran, my wife and other bootcamp members talking about fun runs & triathlon events they had done. The triathlons appealed to me, but it was only really a thought. Finally Kieran and my wife talked me into giving a triathlon a go and sure enough I loved it.
I hadn’t swum a length of a swimming pool since school (over 25 years) but I was reasonably fit by now, so how hard could it be!! I went down to the local pool thinking I would smash out 20 laps. The 50 metre pool was full so jumped into the 25 meter pool. I did one lap and I was buggered. Long story short it took about 4 weeks before I could swim 1km without stopping. I did my first Tri, really enjoyed it and I am now onto my 4th.
I would recommend Kieran to anyone. He has a great training style and certainly knows his stuff, but most of all he gets to know you as a person, not just a client. He pushes you to set and achieve goals, not because it his job to do so, but because he wants you to be the best person you can be. Kieran has become a very good friend of ours and we have also made lifelong friends from people we have met in the group along the way.
There is so much I could say, but the best advice is just to go and attend one of his sessions – you will never look back. Just don’t say the ‘C’ word!
