What a year so far!!

Can you believe we are already looking back at the year? it is almost over already! Crazy how time flies isn’t it?
We’ve Got a lot to get through so I’ll quit rambling and like a good set of burpees, I’ll get stuck straight in and won’t lift my head until it’s done!

One Grand Workout

This Saturday

This Saturday we are completing the One Grand Workout! If you’ve done it before you know how awesome it is and it’s a great time to try and improve your time, or get closer to completing the workout. it starts at 7am Shellharbour Beach just like the normal Bootcamp session. Make sure you get there early so we can start on time.

Mud Muster

Saturday 29th Nov

Next Saturday we are completing the Mud Muster! There are still spaces available if you are interested. All the info is right here- beachsidepersonaltrainers.com/mud-muster. Bootcamp is still on for everyone! Mud Musterers will complete your regular Saturday morning Bootcamp, bring breakfast and eat it on the way down to Nowra. We will organise car pooling etc next week. Keep your eyes on the Beachside Mud Pack page for what’s happening.

Fitness Tests & Measurements

Saturday 6th Dec

The 12 Week Challenge is wrapping up very soon and so we are completing fitness tests and measurements to see how much our challengers have improved by. But even if you are not doing the 12 Week Challenge I still want you to come along and participate. If you have done our fitness tests and measurements before, you can compare and see how much you have improved by. If you haven’t, this is the perfect time for a check up o base you improvements off in the future.

Measurements will start at 6.30am and go until 7am. Fitness tests will start at 7am and when they are done, any measurements that need doing can be completed then.

Holiday Opening Hours

For Christmas and the New Year

We will be taking a 2 week break over the Christmas holidays. That means while you’re working out over this time, I will not be there with you. Yes, you heard me. “I will not be there” and “you will be working out”. Just because you don’t have someone looking over you making sure you’re not slacking off, it doesn’t mean you don’t have to exercise. Even if it’s just a walk every second day. Keep active!

Our last session will be Saturday 20th December 2014.

We will be closed from Sunday 21st December 2014 to Sunday 4th January 2015.

Our first session back will be Monday 5th January 2015.

Christmas Party!

WooHoo!

You have worked hard all year and now you finally get a chance to relax with your Beachside mates. On Saturday 6th December we are having a little get together for a drink or two, some food if you want it and maybe even show up some newer smaller clothes you may have had to buy 😉

The Beachside Christmas get together will start at 6pm at the central hotel in Shellharbour. Friends, family and kids are all welcome as well. If you are coming please accept the invitation here or if you have and partners/family coming please invite them here so I can get a rough idea of numbers coming on the night.

We will also being presenting the winners of the 12 Week Challenge on the night. The most important thing is we get to hang out together and actually get a decent conversation without some random guy in a blue shirt constantly interrupting telling us to squat lower, jump higher or get our bums down. Geez that guy is annoying!

So put away your sweaty training gear and runners, don’t worry about the sweat making your mascara run and come to have a fun afternoon/night with the team.
