The Beachside Personal Trainers 6 Week Challenge is all about one thing- YOU. I know your family needs you, I know your friends bag you when you drink soda water instead of alcohol, I know work wants more of your time…

But what do YOU need? You need to be healthy and happy so your family gets a fun, happy and supportive you, your friends need someone inspiring and someone to admire, and your work needs a more confident and productive version of yourself.

You need a healthier, happier, more active, fun loving, daring, confident and more awesome version of yourself because life is meant to be LIVED. Don’t sit on the side lines and watch life go by, get out, get active and start living the life you WANT to live, not the life you think you have to live.

What’s Involved

It’s simple-

The biggest and hardest thing that needs to be done can be done right now. Yep while you’re sitting there and reading this. You won’t even break a sweat.

Commit.

Change your way of thinking. Flip your attitude and give yourself this 6 weeks. It’s only just over a month. If your friends can’t give you that understanding, get better friends. If your job can’t give you that time, get a better job. If your family can’t give you that support, give me their number, they need a serious talking to!

If you can’t give yourself that understanding, time or support, you need to seriously ask yourself what’s important to you in life. If your health and fitness isn’t at the top of the list, then that’s ok, you’re just not ready yet and this is not the time for you to shine.

But if you are ready to take it to the next level and see what you can achieve, this is what you can look forward to;

  • Preparation Week – setting goals, your mindset, your environment and your future.
  • Meal Plans- all meals and snacks set out step-by-step with recipes so you can’t go wrong.
  • Benchmarking- set your body and fitness benchmarks to see how much you improve by.
  • Exercise- set aside time to do some sort of physical activity every day.
  • Mindset- learn the tools to achieve great improvements and overcome obstacles.
  • Support- become part of our family where we help and encourage each other and where there’s no room for judging or negativity.

Are You Ready For Change?

The 6 Week Challenge starts right now. Now is the time for you to start changing your mindset, switching your attitude and getting ready for a newer and awesomer you to be unleashed.

-The Challenge officially begins on Monday 5th May and that week we will also have the first tests and measurements.

-The Preparation week starts the week before. This is when you will be set tasks to get ready for the 6 weeks ahead. Don’t worry if you won’t be ready until the start day, you can still catch up.

-You will need to train with us (Group Training or Personal Training are both fine) at least once a week and do some sort of physical activity each day. Don’t worry, this can even be a walk on the beach with the family on a cruisey Sunday afternoon.

-You will receive your meal plan, tasks and lessons each week to keep you focused on the now and you can contact me at any time for support or any questions you have.

-There will be opportunities to check up on your measurements throughout the 6 weeks.

-The Challenge finishes with our fitness tests and measurements on Saturday 14th June, but that doesn’t mean you are finished. Now you will be able to continue on your health and fitness goals and shoot for bigger, better and more amazing achievements with everything you have learnt.

Now all you have to do, if you haven’t already, is become a Beachside Member (lifetime membership is only $39) and train with us at least once a week (multi-packs are as little as $6 per session).
